We loved hosting this creative event with The Secret Bookshelf – the buzz in the room was tangible!

There were panels with Sue Divin, Morna Writer, Jenny Ireland and Shirley McMillan . Each author shared some of their work via readings and answering questions about their processes and experiences from a group of lively fans and fellow writers. 

Our afternoon session with Jo Zebedee and Peadar Ó Guilín  was a fun dive into the darker writings and how they both approach and self answer the question –  ‘how dark is too dark for young adults?’

Topped off with book signings, fan photos and ideas dreaming for future events – it was a class Saturday spent with an inspiring bunch of humans.
